When the matter was taken_up for hearing on earlier occasions i.e. on 29. 08. 2023, t2.O9.2023, 2T .Og.2023 and, lastly, on 04. 1O.2O23, there was no representation for the petitioner and this court directed the matter to be listed on 11.10.2023 under the caption "for dismissal"

Despite the matter being listed today under the caption ,for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner in the morning a,d afternoon session. It seems that the petitioner is not iaterested to prosecute the matter.

In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed for non_ prosecution. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
