This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner-Corporation seeking to call for the records relating to Award, dated 22.08.2013, passed in I.D.No.83 of 2072, on the file of the Labour Court-III, Hyderabad and set aside the same.

When the matter is taken up foj- hearing, learned counsel appearing for both the parties submit that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the sole petiticner expired and in spite of their best efforts, the legaI representatives have not come forward to pursue the matter.

Recording the above said submission, this Writ petition is dismissed as abated
