ORDER:
At request is made on behalf of Sri Padma Rao Lakkaraju, learned Standing Counset for NHAI, for grant of a week's time for filing counter.
This Court passed interim order as early as on 19.06.2023 and respondent No.S-NHAI was impleaded as party respondent on 19.07.2023. Even after lapse of nearly two months, no counter affidavit is filed and further time is sought.
Hence, the interim order passed by this Court on 19.06.2023 is extended until further orders.
