This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of C.P.C seeking transfer of her own petition from Family Court, Malkajgiri to Family Court, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar.

As per the a-ffidavit hled by the petitioner, ir seems the petitioner was married to respondent on 20 .I I .2O2O . Subsequently, there were misunderstandings in betn,een them and the petitioner herein frled O.p.No.6S4 ol 2022 before Family Court, Malkajgiri and subsequentlv the respondent herein fited F.C.O.P.No.l031 of 2022 before Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. Now the petirioner seeks transfer of O.P.No.654 of 2022 from Famil-v Court, Malkajgiri to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, where the other petition frled by the respondent is pending.
