Learned counsel for the petitionersubmitted that the petitioner is dependent on herparents, residing in Madikonda of Hanumakonda District,along with her child; it is diffrcultto attend the proceedings oneach and every date of adjournment in Bhupalpally, which is about adistance of 100 kms from Hanumakonda. Respondent-Husbaldisattendingthe C.C.No.3751 of 2Ol9 and theM.C.No.117of 2019, whichare pending in Warangal District.Hence, prayed the Court to transfer H.M.O.P.No.7 5 of2022 to the learnedJudge,Family Court, Warangal District.
