Though there is no evidence to claim the monthly income, perusing the order of the Tribunal and as per the evidence of PW.2/Doctor who treated the petitioner, found two injuries, out of which the two are grievous in nature and two are simple in nature. The Tribunal has rightly granted Rs.42,330/- for Medical Expenses, Extra nourishment and other incidental expenses, Rs.15,OOO/- for Pain and suffering, and Rs.5,OOO/- as Partial, temporary disability. The Tribunal fixed the petitioner monthly as there was no income proof, though he claimed that he worked in TATA AIG Insurance company and earned Rs.6,OOO/- per month. Thus, the Tribunal fixed the income of Rs.3,750/- to calculate loss of lncome during the period of 3 months. As per Ramchandrappa us Manage4 Rogal Sund.arann Alliance Insrtrance Co. Ltdr even a Coolie is entitled to Rs.4,500/ per month as notional income. Accordingly, this Court is granting Rs.4,S'OO/- per month. As the petitioner was in rest for three months, the compensation for loss of income comes to Rs. 13,5OO/-. This Court finds that the amount granted for injuries is meegre. Thus, the petitioner is entitled for each gnevous injury, Rs.2O,O0O/- and for two simple injuries
