Heard learned counsel lor the^petitioners

The appellants Iiled O.P.No.72^{1 of 2006,clainring} compensation of^Rs. 1,O0,O00/-^{on account of the dcath of} their daughter Ujuma Begum^{in the road accident or:curred} on 11.12.2OO4. But the trial^{Court grantedRs. 14,00O/-} towards compensation on^{a1l headstogethcrwith interest} at 7 .Soh per annum. Aggrieved^{by thesaid ordcr, the} appellants preferred this appeal.

That the amount of Rs. 50,0001 was already granted in O.P No.1097 of 2004 on . 02.08.2006 frled under Section 140 of M V.Act and the said amount be and hereby is deducted from the Rs.5,00,000/-,

That the 1'r appellant be and hereby is entitled from Rs.2,00,000/- and the 2nd appellant is entitled for Rs.2,50,0001;

That on such Deposit, the appellants be and hereby are entitled to withdraw the Said amount along with interest accrued on it;
