This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the Chairman, LRAT-cum-II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karimnagar tn failing to dispose of the injunction petition tn I.A.No.323 of 2023 (Old I.A.No.205 of 2018) in O.S.No.34 of 2018.

The Suit vide O.S.No.34 of 2018 is filed for partition and separate^possession. During the pendency of the suit, LA.No.323 of 2023 is filed for grant of ad-interim injunction.

Heard arguments on both sides and perused the entire record.

Perusal of the record shows that docket proceedings of I.A.No.323 of 2023 were filed. Notices were issued to respondents and some of them were set-exparte and it was coming up for filing of counter from 27.04.2023 to t8.O7.2023. In fact, the petitioner herein filed I.A.No.323 of 2023 requesting the Court to direct the respondents not to alienate suit schedule properties to third parties but it was already sold during the pendenry of the Suit.

This Court finds it reasonable to direct the learned Chairman, LRAT-cum-II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karimnagar to dispose oF the I.A No.323 of 2023 in O.S.No.34 of 2018 within a period of one month from the date of this Order. If the respondents failed to file Counter in the I.A., the Officer shall forfeit the right of filing the counter and dispose the I.A.

6 In the result, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
