This Civil Revision^petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the respondent in O.p.No. L239 of 2022 on the file of the II Additional Family Judge, Hyderabad (Old Number O.P.No.878 of 2018 on the hle of the Additional Family Judge, Hyderabad at Nampally), with a prayer to give a direction to learned II Additional Family Judge, Hyderabad, for disposal ot the clivorce petition hled by the respondent/wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent/wife, who hled petition under Section 1O (1) (ix)(x) o[ the Divorce Act, 1869, is not evincing any interest to pro<:eed with the enquiry/trial and the petition is dodging for past Iive years. 3. Notice before admission was directed against the respondent/wife , who remained absent.

As could be^{seen from the material placed before} this Court, it^{transpires that the divorce petition filed} by the respondent/wife^{was about five years ago'} Therefore, there is^{some force in the request of the} petitioner herein,^{who is seeking for expedite disposal} of the case.
