Petitioner has tr led a Mcrrro, datcd 04.02.2023, containing the itinerary lor the^period iLorn^28.02.2023 to 30.04.2023 in Hong Kong

On perusal of the entire record, it is^{evident tliattl-re} petitioner has been complying with the orders ol the Court^zrrlclis also appearing before the trial Courl as dirccted.^{Keeping in vicw'} thc fact that the petitioner is a businessrnan^{and has to cl<e or.rt} livetihood by reviving his business, this Court^{is of the considcred} view that it is a fit case to return^passpotl to^{the petitionerlor} interim custody and also to relax^{the conditionof his appearance} before the trial Court, so as^{to enablehim to travel to Hong Kong} as per the itinerary fumished^{in the Memo filedbefore this Court.}
