These Criminal Revision Cases^{are filed under Sections 397} and 401 of Code of^{Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C')by} the^petitioners- accused^{Nos.1 to 6 to set aside the judgmentdated} 02.06.2017^passed in S.C.No.25^{of 2023 by the learned IX Additional} Metropolitan Sessions Judge,^Hyderabad.

Brief facts of the case are that:

On 16.07.2015, at about^{2:30 P.M., a fight ensuedbetween} both the^parties, due to^{which, injurieswerereceived by boththe} parties. On the basis of the said incident,^both the^{parties filed} complaints separately before the^{Station HouseOfficer,Falaknuma} Police Station and the same^{were registered as CrimeNos.195and} 196 of 2015, which are case^{and counter case of the same incident.} Having investigated^{the said two complaints, police filed two charge} sheets in both the^{cases which werenumbered as C.C.Nos.344 of} 2016 and 345 of^{2016, pending before the learned XVI Additional} Chief Metropolitan^{Magistrate,Hyderabad.}
