Court vide common order dated 19.11 .2022 refused to interfere with the orders of the learned sessions Judge granting compensation of 2Oo/o of the cheque amount. The said orders were questioned before the Honble supreme court in special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) Nos. L245-L24s/2o23 and Miscellaneous Application Nos.290 -2g3/2023 in slp (crl.) Nos. L24s-L248/2023. The Hon,ble supreme court vide orders dated o3.o2.2o23 and 22.02.2023 respectively, granted time for payment of the said compensation in three instatlments i.e., 1"t first installment woutd be payable on 01.03.2023, 2na and 3.d installments would be paid on o L.o4.2o23 and O L.O5.2O23 respectively.
5' Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the time granted by the Honble supreme court, these petitions can also be disposed off in terms of the orders of the Honble supreme dated O3.O2.2O23 and 22.O2.2O23.
