This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in PRC No. 39 of 2Ol3 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mahaboobnagar including arrest of the petitioners.

When the matter is taken-up for hearing, Mr. Chakravarhti, representing Mr. O. Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners during the course of proceedings seeks to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a request to grant liberty to hle appropriation petition before this Court, if necessary.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State takes no objection for the same
