The present Criminal petition is liled seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.672 of 2Ot5 arising out of F.I.R.No.435 of 2Ol5 on the file of the Hayath Nagar police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, State of Telangana.

There is no representation on behalf of petitioners. Heard Mr. Yizarath Ali, Ieamed Assistant public prosecutor appearing for respondent No.l State.

A perusal of record shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petiti.,oners on 07. 17.2023 and 15. 11.2023. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners inspite of listing the matter under the caption, ..for dismissal,,.
