This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of t!:,e Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.l to 5 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No. 199 of 2019 on the file of Station House Officer, Kalur Thimmandoddi Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 467, 468, 469, 42O and 209 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

On written instructions, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that after complction of investigation in the subject crime, the police {iled charge sheet before the Court concerned and C.C. No.888 of 2022 was assigned. Therefore, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
