This Criminal Petition is hled to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crirne No.119 of 2023 on the file of P. S.Abdullapurmet. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/Al took the deceased on his motor bike to bushes near Rama Devi Public School and killed him by strangulation. Thereafter petitioner/A1 separated the head of the deceased from the torso, chopped off the chest of the deceased, removed the heart of the deceased, chopped off the hngers of the deceased, cut the private parts of the deceased and put the said organs in a separate bag and thrown at various places at Rajeev Gruhakalpa after Brahmanapally village, to cause disappearance of evidence. The gruesome nature in which the offence was committed created palic in general public of the area. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the erridence is circumstantial in nature and there are no eye witnesses to the said incident. On the basis of the confession and other evidence, which is inadmissible, the petitioner has been implicated in the case. Citing incident as gruesome, bail has been denied earlier. Since he is a student and there is no direct evidence

to suggest any kind of involvement of the petitioner in the crime, bail has to be considered.

In rriew of the nature of the act, the Court is not inclined to grant the relief of regular bail at this juncture. In the event of completion of evidence of important witnesses, the petitioner is at liberty to move for bail.

With the said observation, the Crimina_l petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stald dismissed.
