5' Considering the submission of learned counser for the petitioners, the attendance of the petitioners-Accuse Nos.1 ancl 2 are dispensed with in C.C.Nos.2021 of 207g, C.C.No.1706 of 201g and C.C.No.1903 of 201g pending on the file of the XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at prashanth Nagar, Miyapur, when represented by their counser on record. The a ttendance of the petitioners_Accused Nos.1 and 2 are dispensed with subject to filing an affidarrit by the petitioners stating that in their absence, the proceedings conducted by their counsel will not be disputed by them in any m€rnner and shall not dispute their identity also. However, the petitioners_Accused Nos.l and 2 shall appear before the learned Magishate as and when their presence is required. In the event of failure of the petitioners to aPpear when the Court directs, this order dispensing with their attendance shall stand cancelled.
