This Criminai Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petiioners + in S.C.No.14 of 2Ol1 on the file of the Special Court for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Cases-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication Therefore, no further Orders are required and hence seeks to dismiss the same as infructuous.

Sri Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the re spondent- State 1S present and takes no objection for the same.
