This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the Petitioners Respondent Nos.l and 2 to quash the proceedings against them in D.V.C.No.l3 of 2O18 pending on the file of learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Mancherial, registered for the offence punishable under Section 12 of the Protection of Women Form Domestic Violence Act - 2005.
