In view of the above, the petitioners are at liberty to avail the said remedy.

However, in vieu, of the request made by the learned counsel for lhe petitioners / respondent Nos.2, 4 and 5 the appearance of the petitioners/ respondent Nos.2, 4 and 5 in D.V.C.No.42 of 2O2O pending on the hie of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-ll Additional Metropolitan Magistrate (Juvenile Court), R.R. District, L.B.Nagar, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever their presence is required by the trial Court, and they shall be represented by their counsel. Further, the petitioners are at Iiberty to hle an application seeking their discharge. On such application being filed, the trial Court shall dispose of the same on merits without being influenced by any of the observations made by this Court in the present order.
