through a registered sale deed, therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in respect of FIR No.17 of 2023 of Station House Officer, Undavelly police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal district to conclude the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner - Accused No.1. Further, the petitioner shall co-operate with the Investigating

Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
