The present Criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the proc:eeclings in C.C.No. 164 of 2OI2 on the file of the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendranagar.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of comproraise, and thc proceedings in C.C.No.164 of 2Ol2 on the file of the leamcd VIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendranagar, against the petitioners who have been arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 are hereby quashed.
