P.C. by the petitioner/Accused No.3 seeking to enlarge him on bail in the event of his arrest in connection rvith FIR No.191 of 2023 dated 06.11.2023 on the file of the Cherial Police Station, Siddipet District, registered for the oflences punishable under Sections 447 , 506, 29O r lu' 34 of IPC and Sectrons 3(l )(r)(s) of SCs/STs (POA) Act.
