The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.658 of 2O13 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Mahabubnagar

disputes cropped up between themand her husband, parents and sisters of her husband startedharassing her mentally and physically for want of additionaldowry of Rs.5,OO,0OO/- and finally she was necked out ofthe matrimonial home. The efforts made by herparentsto reconcile the matter gone in vain.When A1 refusedto take her into conjugal fold, she was compelled tolodgea complaint against A1 to A5 before thePolice in Cr.Nol2of 2O 13 for the offence punishable underSection498-A of IPC. After completion of investigation, ChargeSheet was filed and numbered as C.C.No.658 of 2013on the frle of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class,Mahabubnagar against A1 to A5. Aggrieved by the same, thepresent Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A2to A5 to quash the proceedings initiated against them in C.C.No.658 of 2013 on the hle of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar.
