The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.165 of 2015 on the file of the learned VI Special Magistrate Court, ErrarnanzTl, Hyderabad against the petitioner/ accused No.2.

Heard Mr. S. Anirudh, learned counsel representing Mr. Nageshwara Rao Pappu, learned counsel for the petitioner anfl Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistalt Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State. There is no representation on behalf of the unofficial respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the Criminal Petition does not survive as the trial in C.C.No.165 of 2015 has been completed and petitioner, who is accused No.2 has been acquitted. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.
