This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner alleging u,ilful disobedience of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this^(lourt in WPMP.No.33095 of 2013 in Writ Petition No.267[i3 of 2013, dated 13.09.2013.

Vide abov,: order, tl.re learned Single Judge directed the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to initiate action against the 4,1, respondent in the said Writ Petition, under the provision s of^(ireater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 for closure of bore well dug by the 4th respondent in common road abutting Plot No.12, situated in Survey No.193, .Jeeclirretla Villagt', Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, pencling clisposal of the main Writ Petition.

Since 2() 14, the present Contempt Case is pending on the hle of this Court, :rnd the same was not taken cognizance u ncler Section 1 7 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 197 I b-v ad mitting the Contempt Case.

Moreover, Ms. Deepthi, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, appearing lor respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the Contempt Case, contended that in pursuarlce of the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in WPMP.No.33095 of 2013 in Writ Petition No.26753 of 2013, dated 13.09.2013, the answering respondents have injtiated action against the 4th respondent and closed the borevyell; and therefore, prayed this Court that the cause in the Contempt Case no longer survives for adjudication, and hence the same may be closed.

On the other hand, Mr. A. Laxminarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, did not dispute the above fact.

In view of above, this Court is of the considered vie., that since the answering respondents have acted in accordarce with law by complying with the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in WPMP.No.33095 of 2O 13 in Writ Petition No.26753 of 20 13, datcd 13.09.2013, the cause in the Contempt Case no longer survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
