In view of the same, this Court does not see any reason to continue the contempt proceedings against the respondent.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. ln case, if the petitioner is of the view that the order passed by this Court is not complied with in any manner, it is left open to the^petitioner to file an application for reopening the contempt^case.
