CONTEMPT CASE No.1958 of 2O22
ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed allegingwillfuldisobedience to the order dated 16.12.2027passed by this Court in W.P.No.27536 of 2021.
The respondent - Tahsildar,Manuguru Mandal, has fileda counter affidavit alongwiththe Memo vide No. A3132812022, daled 14.06.2022, issued bythe Inspectorof Survey,District Survey & Land Records, BhadradriKothagudem, whereinit is stated as under:
"In the reference ?d cited the MandalSurveyor reported that he hasproceeded tospotwhile issuing notices atong with thepetitioner, Mandal Revenue Inspedor and adjacent Pattedars andfound that the petitioneris not having anyphysicat possession(sic) on ground and not shownhis land boundaries duringsurvey of landon spot."
Having regard to the above, thisContempt Case is closed
leaving it open to thepetitioner to avail the remedy as availableto him
under law.
The Miscellaneous Applications,if any pending, shall also stand
closed.
