ORDER:
This contempt case has been filcd alleging wilful and deliberate violation on the part of the respondent in complying with the order dared 3t.O3.2023 passcd in W.p.No.874 6 of 2023 whereby this Court disposed of the writ petition directing him to consider the reprcsentation dated 1O.O2.2O23 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance wlth law, after conducting necessary enquiry and after issuing notice to all the stakeholders.
After receipt o[ notice in the present contempt case, a counter affidavit has been hled by rhe responde nt inter alia stating that in compliance of the said orders passed by this Court, the representation of the petitioner dated 1O.O2.2023 has been considered and an amount ol Rs. 1,07,1O4.34/_ has been released in favour o[ the contractor as requested by the petrtioner.
Since the respondent has considered the representation dated 10.O2.2023 submitted by the petirioner and also released the amounts in terms of the orders passed by thrs Court dated 31.03.2023 in W.p.No.8746 ot 2023, this Court is of the

considered view that there is no rvilful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the respondent for . initiating contempt
proceedings against him
