This Contempt Case is hled for alleged violation of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10920 of 2023, dated 20 .O4 .2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending adjudication of the Contempt Case, the petitioners have withdrawn W.P.No.1092O of 2023 and therefore, the cause in the contempt case does not survive as there is no litigation pending between the parties.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessarJr. There shail no order as to costs.
