This Contempt Case is liled^{for allegedviolationof the} order passed by this Court^{in W.P.No'1 174 of 2023, dated} 27.02.2023.

This Court, vide order,^{dated 27.02-2023,passed} the interim order,^{whichreads as under}

'The 2"d respondent-Nirmal^{Municipalityshall allow} constructions to^be carried^{out by resPondent Nos.3to 6 strictly} in accordance with the^{approved sanctionplan.However,if there} are any deviations in^{the constructions carriedoutby respondent} Nos.3 to 6, resPondent-Nirmal^{MuniciPalityshalltake} appropriate action^{ttrereon in accordancewith law.}

W.P.No. 1174 of 2023 and after^{consideringtheir objections,the} respondent has^{passed final order.} Questioning^{the said final} order, respondent Nos.3 to 6^{in W.P.No.1 174 of 2023 filed} W.P.No.8696 ol 2O23 before this^{Courtand this Court vide} order, dated 01.03.2023^{grantedinterim order directing the} respondents therein^{not to take any coercive steps againstthe} petitioners therein^{pending adjudicationof W'P-No.8696 of} 2023.

In view of the same,^{learned Standing Counsel for} the respondent-Municipality^{would submit tttat soon after} disposal of W.P.No.869 6^{of 2023, the respondent authorities} would take appropriate action,^{strictly in accordance with law} for removal of illegal^{and unauthorized constructions carried on} by respondent Nos.3^{to 6 in W.P'No.lL74of 2023.}
