This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners seeking to summon and punish the respondents for alleged willful disobedience and violation of the order dated 08.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21177 of 2O2l
"ln view of the above, the present writ petitton $ disposed of dtrecting the official respondents to complete the survey/subdivision/demarcation, pursuant to thc F'line applications made by the petitioners on 17.06.2021, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within apenod of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of thts order. It ts needless to mention that before undertaking any survey, the authorities shall put the petitioners, the unoffiaal respondents and the neighbouring landowners on notice, and take into account the work memos, if any, filed by any of the parties. "

the survey as directed by this Court, the present contempt case is filed by the petitioners.

that the petitioners were not in possession of the part of the land. It is pertinent to note that this court is not incrined to 90into the saidquestion, as the scope oF the contempt case is very limited. The order of this Court to conduct the survey has been complied with substantially and the petitioners were furnished with the copy of the panchanama, sketch map and the survey report. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the said survey report, they have a remedy by way of filing an appeal before the competent Authority.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
