Alleging violation of the order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.33716 of 2021, the present Contempt Case has been filed.

Learned counsel for the respondents has produced before this Court a copy of . endorsement bearing No.Dl/cr220000211412022 dated 25.01.2022 issued by the respondent No.l and stated that the respondent No.l has issued the endorsement dated 25.01.2022 in compliance with the order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this court in writ Petition No.33716 of 2021. The same is placed on record.

Having regard to the fact that the above said order of this court has been complied with, this contempt case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement dated 14.12.2021 issued by the respondent No.l, before the
