This writ petition is filed^{questioningthe action of} the respondent No.3 in not^{taking action onthe} representation dated 12.02.2021^{of the petitioner against} the construction made by the^{respondentNo.4 as illegal and} arbitrar5r.

Mr. Subramanyarrr Daraboina,^{learned counsel for} the petitioner submits that^{the petitionerhas given a} representation dated O2.O2.2O21^{bringing to the notice of} the respondents that the^{respondentauthority has} sanctioned one entry and^{one exit gate on the western side} of the building of respondent^{No.4 located in plot Nos'49} and 50 in survey^{No.32, Guttala BegumpetVillage,} Serilingampally Mandal,^{Ranga Reddy District. He submits} that against the sanctioned^{plan, the owner and builder are} planning to construct additional^{two main gates on the} southern side of the building^{oppositetopetitioner's} Apartment gates on plot^{No'48 and that brings total three} gates on two sides together as^{against the sanctioned one} main gate on the west.^{Hence, requested the respondent}
