The present writ pctition has been filed by the petilioners stating that CRLMP.No.524 of 2019, CRLMP.Sr.No.4228 ol 2019, CRLMP.Sr.No.792 ol 2O2 1, CRt,MP.No.2 of 2O2O, CRLMP.Sr.No..tr230 oi 2019 and CRLMP,No.942 of 2Ol9 are pending in M.C.No.l4 of 2Ol9 in the Court of respondent No. 1/Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court-cumXXIII Additional Chief Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. The petitioners' contention is that the cases, which are pending before the respondent No.l, are being adjourned and the only prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the respondent No.1 decide the pending cases at an early date.

Resultantlr', s,ithout adverting to the merits of the case, as matrimoniai dispute is involved in all such cases, the learned Presiding Officer is requested to decide the matters as expeditiousl), as possible. The learned Presiding Officer shall not grant adjournmcnt lirr more than a period of 15 days and

the reason for granting adjournment shall be recorded in writing in case there is any necessity for granting such adjournment.

It has also been brought to our notice that the learned Presiding Officer is giving very long dates and adjourning the matters by giving dates after three months and therefore, the learned Presiding Officer is directed not to grant such long adjournments and the cases should be fixed minimum once in a month. This order shall govern a1l other pending cases also.
