Petition under Article 226 ofthe Constitutionof lndia prayingthat in the circumstances stated in the affidavitfiled therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction moreparticularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring theaction of the RespondentNo 3 in not receiving, registering and releasing the Documentsin favour of the prospectivepurchasers produced-by the petitioner based on the Memo issuedby the Respondent No.2 vide No.G2l257l2019 dt.26-08-2020and AmendedMemo No.G2l25712019dl29- 12-2020 for the Plots bearing Nos.l1 , 12, 13,14, 63,64, 72, 73 and 76 in un- approved layout in Sy. No. 438 and Sy. No.437 situated at Mudhol Villageand Mandal of Nirmal district inspite of this Hon'ble Courts Order dt.23-08-2021 passed in W.P.No. 9248 ot 2021 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and also against theprinciples of Naturaljustice and consequntly direct the Respondent No.3 to receive, register and release the Documents in favour of theprospective purchasersproduced by the petitioner for the Plots bearing Nos.11 , 12, 13, 14, 63, 64, 72, 73 and 76 in un-approved |ayout in Sy.No.438 and Sy.No.437 situated at Mudhol Village and Mandal of Nirmal district in the interest ofjustice;
