The grievance ol' the petitioner is that Fline Sub-Division application subrnitted by him t,ide TTDER022100604266 dated 02.12.2021, in respect of the land admeasuring Ac. 1.36 gts in S.No.209/B of Chandupatla village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhongiri District, is not being disposed ofby respondent Nos.4 and 5.

The petitioner clainrs to be the pattadar of the sutrject land having purchased the same under registered sale deed bearing docurrent No.4978/20 l2 dated 11.07.20 l2 ancl that he *,as issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds. Learned Assistant Govemment Pleader submits that directions be issued to respondent Nos.4 and 5 to act upon the Fline application subniitted by the petitioner.
