The relief that is sought in the writ petition is to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22_11_2021. lt appears that the respondent corporation has already lssued a notice to the unofficial respondent No.5 on 29-04-2022. Hence, at this stage, any direction to respondent No.2 by this Court is not necessary as this Court is not going to adjudicate any of the issues. Hence, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the resporrdent Corporation to take further steps pursuant to the notice dated 29_04-2022 issued to the unofficial (espondent No.5 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
