buildingpermission of the petitioners,theyoughtto have acted faidyand in strict adherenceto the principlesof natural justice'Hov/ever' since the learned SpecialGovernment Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the impugnedrevocation letters passed againstthepetitionersstand withdrawn to theextent of revocationof permissionto construct buildings, the saidsubmissionis placed on record'The impugned revocation letterspassed by therespondent authoritiesagainstthe petitioners stand withdrawnto the extent of revocationof permission to construct buildings,in terms of submissionsmade by the learned Special GovernmentPleader.The petitionersare directedto submit their explanationsto the obiections pointedout in the impugned revocation letters tothe respondent authorities within a periodof two weeks from today.On suchsubmission of explanations by the petitioners, the respondentauthorities are entittedto pass appropriate orders, in accordancewith the provisions of TS-bPASS Actand the Rules made thereunder,withina period of one week from the date of receipt of suchexplanataons. tn case' if no ordersare passedby the respondent authoritieswithinthe timeindicated above,there shallbe deemed approvalof ,theapplications of the petitionersfiledfor construction of buildings.lt is made clear thatuntil passingof orders by the respondent authoritieswithin the time prescribed on the explanations submitted by thepetitioners' the petitionersshall not proceedwith any type of constructionsin their respective subject lands'
