Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed on rccold C.O.Ms. 14, Rcvenue (Assignnrent-l) Departntcnt, datecl 14.02.2022, whereby the time limit to receive applications unrier G.O.Ms.59 has bccn extended lrom 21.02.2022 to 21 .03.2022 It is submitted that in view of such extension, the application o1'thc petitioner will be consideled.

In the circurrstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Disfrict Collector, Nalgonda to consider the application of the petitioner for regularization ol land admeasuring Acs.2-00 in Sy.No.164/4 and 137 in Akupan.rula Vitlage, Munagala lV{ ln dal, Nalgonda District, in tenns per G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 10.12.2014 and G.O.Ms.No.l,1 dated 14.02.2022, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eiglrt rveeks from the date olreceipt ofa copy of this order. No costs.
