No.317 dt.06.12.2021 and set aside the same as illegal, discriminatory, unjust, unfair, and unwarranted and consequently declare that the petitioner being suffered from Breast Cancer^is evidenced by Certificate dt.16.12.2021 comes under special category is entitled

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to allocate the^petitioner to Ranga Reddy District on medical grounds in terms^of G.O.Ms.317, dated 06. 12.2021.
