This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the appeal dated 22.L2.2O21 of the pedtioner i.e., to allot him to iocal cadre of Yadadri District by setting aside the impugned Proc.No.ES/SC/NALG/VOIN/0005 d.ated O6.OL.2O22 of the 4th respondent,

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has frled appeal dated 22.12.2021, and the appeal dated 22.12.2021 was received by the concerned respondent.

However, the respondents have not taken any decision thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for services-Il takes notice and submits that the appeal of the petitioner rn ould be considereC by the concerned authorities.
