Petition under Arlicle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in not making survey and not consider my application and kept pending is illegal, arbitrary, violative of An. 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to make survey the Sy No.129/85 of Village Shaikpet and fix the boundaries thereon.
