Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the appeal dated 24-02-2021 and representation dated 2g-12-2021 submitted to respondents for re-allotting to the petitioner to the warangal (erstwhile) District on the -ground that the petitioner is legally separated women and leading life equal to the widows is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law, apart from violation of principles of natural justice besides violative of Article 14 of the constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents to consider the appeal dated 24-02-2021 for re-allotting the petitioner to warangal (erstwhile) District and re p resentation dated 2B-1 2-2021

Heard Mr. P.Devender, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I, and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for both sides report that in similar circumstances, this Court passed orders in W.P. No.366BB of 202 1 and batch dated 28.12.2021 and, in terms thereof, this writ petition may be disposed of.

Therefore, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel on either side, [o11owing the order in W.P. No.36688 ol 2021 and batch dated 28.72.2021, in terms thereof, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 24.12.2021 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a periocl of fbur (.1) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.^'lhe order in W.P. No.36688 of 202 1 and batch dated 28.1'2.2021 shall lorm part oi the record. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
