Heard leamed counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in not transfening ROR Appeal Case No.A21167612019 to respondent No.2 - Special Tribunal, Ranga Reddy District, as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, and seeks a consequential direction to respondent No.4 - Revenue Divisional Officer to forthwith transfer the said appeal to respondent No.2. 3. The grievance ofthe petitioner is that even after the Special Tribunals have been constituted, his ROR Appeal Case No.A2l1676/20 l9 pending on the file of respondent No.4 has not been transf-erred to respondent No.2.

Under Section 16 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, all pending appeals/revision cases are required to be transferred to the Special Tribunals.

Taking note of the above facts and circumstances, the Writ

Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to forthwith

¶32

transfer the ROR Appeal Case No.A2l167612019 to respondent No.2 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
