Per contra, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the unofficial respondents has stated that the unofficial respondents have also preferred an appeal as against the order dated 01.08.2018 with the condone delay petition.

Having regard to the above, without going into the merits or demerits ol the prescnr case, hoth these Writ Petitions are allowed by setting aside the impugned order dated 30.04.2021 passed by the rcspondcnt No.4 and the matter is remanded back to thc respondent No.4 for passing orders afresh. On such remand, the respondent No.4 is directed to pass orders afresh on the condone delay petition^duly
