Therefore, foliou'ing the Common Order clared 1g.O2.2022 ul W.P.No.328 of 2022 and batch as modified by the Order dated 22.02.2022 tn I.A. No.2 of 2022 in W.p.No.29 85 of 2022, ln terms thereof' this writ petition is disposed of as under without any order as to costs:

(i) The respondent - Sub_Registrar is directed to register the document of sale, transfer and gift etc., presented for regstration by the petitioner/s without references to the Memo Nos.G2/257 /2019 dated 26.08.2020 and 29_12.2020 issued b.y the respondent - the Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, Tclangana; Lertcr No.45 /TP /NMC /201t) clated 0l. t 1.2019 issuert b.r, rhc respon(lent - tl-rc Com m issir.rr.rer, Mr-rnici;tal Corporiltjon, Nizampet to the respor-lclcnr _ the Sub Registrar, euthbullapur, Ranga Redd1, Distnct, and similar letters, if any, issued bv the various Municipal Commissioners in the Stale:

(ii) the Sub Registrars in the State shall make an endorsement at the reverse side of the first page of the document referred in direction No.(i) that registration so done is subject to outcome of SLP (Civil) No.19695 of 2O2l filed by the State Government before the Honble Supreme Court; and
