This writ petition is filed^{challengingthe action of the respondent} No.2 in disconnecting the^{powersupply to the subjectpremises} situated at Chandoor^{Village, Varni Mandal, Nizamabad District'}

Pursuant to the order^{passed by this Court on 02.03.2022,lhe} learned counsel for^{the petitionerhas sent notice to the respondent} No.3.

A perusal of the^{Postal Track Consignment Recordproduced by} the learned counsel for^{the petitioner shows that the notice sent to the} respondent No.3 has been^{returnedun-servedwith an endorsement} "Item Returned Refused".^{Hence,respondent No.3 is deemedto have} been served.

Heardthelearnedcounseiforthepetitioner,thelearned Government for Enerry^{appearing for respondentNo'1, and Sri Zakir} Ali Danish, the learned^{Standing counsel for TSNPDCLappearing for} respondent No.2.
