While admitting the writ appeal on 05.06.2013, a coordinate Bench cf this Court passed an interim order to the effect that ad[rission of the students to respondent No.I college and completion of their course would be subject to result of the writ appt:a1.

Since the matter pertains to admission to D.Ed

course for the academic year 2Ol2-13, we ar.e of the view that at this distant point of time, it would not be just and proper to interfere with such admission.
