This appeal is directed against the common order datcd 20.1.2.2012 passed by the learned Single Judge allowing \X/P.No.23754 of 2009 and batch including \f.P. No.25452 o{ 20A9 against ,which the present appeal has been instituted

By the corrrmon order dated 2o.l2.2)l2,leamed Single Judge^{allowed rhe} writ petition by directing that the students should be entitled to complete their course, but the said order would not confer any right upon the rwo institutions including the respondent herein to admit candidates for any other academic lear unless specific approval was accorded by the Crntral C-ouncil of Indian Medicine. Leamed Single Judge clarified that degree conferred upon rhe srudenrs should be recognized by all agencies including the Crntral C-ouncil of Indian Medicine.
